German Shepard, What a work out

Well, today has been a good day. I had 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of broccoli, and a slice of cheese.. Yummm. For lunch I had an apple, and a salad with olives , bacon bits and carrots. For snack I had a protein shake. Sick lol For dinner i had baked chicken breast , fresh spinach and a half a cup of peach. As for exercise, we just got a 6 month old German Shepard and i took him out in the yard. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL A WORK OUT!!!  I played with him for about 40 mins. It was fun! I really love dogs.. Ok well tomorrow BRING IT ON!!

Well its a start...

I did exercise today for 30 mins, but of course i went outside and did some things, like throw the foot ball, an play with the kids. I walked on the treadmill 20 mins. That is better than nothing Tongue out. Like i said Sunday will be the start of my doing much better. --Felicia

I need help

ConfusedYou know , I still have not done any planned workouts for today. I mean i dont just sit on my butt all day. I stand and walk at least 5 hours a day. I play out side with my kids at least 1 hour 5 days a week. I clean the house and wash my expedition, but nothing like a planned work out for the past 3 or 4 days. I have no issues with the eating, but sheesh the working out is just not working out. I am about to go get on the tread mill or something. Just cant Get right.

Well, it have been a few days since I really have had much to say. I have not been doing very good with the exercising. I can not think of anything in the world to get myself motivated to workout. I just cant! I have been doing my binge drinking the past 3 days straight. I dont know whats worst, being over weight or being a 27 year old alcoholic. Broken heart I really really have no motivation when i wake up the next day feeling like crap. I dont have a problem with the eating. I have been doing perfect with that part of the life change. I think I am going to just start fresh Sunday and start with 30 mins cardio for the first week and gradually go from there. I try to over whelm myself with so many things at once. I need to learn small steps and little changes.

Sunday... Power 90

Eye-rollingWell for breakfast I hat a cup of blue berries, yummmmm, and 2 eggs with butter. I will tr pam tmorrow. I know it is better than butter ! For lunch i had 3 slices of turkey bacon on my salad, with eggs and bacon bits. No fruit , shame shame! For snack i had a banana. For dinner I had a salad with eggs, bacon bits, ranch  and olive. I really do not like fruits and i dont know why. I did once, but sigh. So , i bought a power 90 tape and i did it. I think i will have to alter my work out routine..  So,   2morrow will be a new day! Will power or will eat whopper...

Today started off great. I had a serving of special K cereal, and one serving of milk. Around lunch we went into "town" (we say going into town b-cuz we live in a small place). We went shopping, and around lunch time I was sooooooo hungry and I wanted a double whopper, and fries KING size that is, BUT no wait I thought and thought and I said NO NO NO I have the will power, so I waitedClock until I went home and I ate my slim fast bar and half a grapefruit. I am so proud of myself!Nerd I need to exercising more b-cuz I no that's the only way I can lose more. I see how much my sister exercises and that motivates me b-cuz we are in this together. I am going to start exercising! We have to win, we really need to win. I did clean up the yard to day, I burn some calories. I also bought a exercise machine today! Usually I would have bought junk food. Pizza

Fig Newton

Ughgh I did good all day until about 1 hour ago Sad. I ate 6 fig newtons. I am going to get on the treadmill for 15 mins to work some of it off. I hate messing up! I have to find the will power. I do not want to let my sister down. I am going to write my exercise plan out and follow it religiously! Open-mouthed January 5-12

Hungry or am I?

PizzaHey, I wanted something to eat Secret telling!!!!! So, I went and walked on the the treadmill. You know, I had 3 blue crabs, boiled, with a little garlic salt, about 1 hour ago, so I know i was not really hungry, Just bored. Light bulb So far i am at 64 oz of water. I want to see if i can double that by the end of the day! I think every time i go to eat out of boredom, I am going to do squats or something Girl--- make it great in 2008!
 
 

Day 1

Well, the day went ok. I stayed with in my caloric range, 1200. You know, its really hard when you have three children, and being on a diet. Yeah , yeah , I know, the kids can eat healthy to. They do eat healthy, its just i have to cook enough for them and my husband and most of the time there are left over; thats what gets me. I can do fine all day, but at night i have problems. The kids are asleep and there is just me and the food. I eat out of boredom. My husband is a fireman and he works another job. So, i am often alone and lonely. So, back to the kids. I , as stated earlier, have 3 kids. My oldest is Dontay 10, my middle DeVonte 8 and my little girl is 6. I had all of them by the age of 20. I gained a lot of weight with my little girl.  I was 325 when i went to deliver her. I have lost a lot of that weight. When i weighed in yesterday i was 256. I was very depressed after the birth of my youngest :(. Before I got pregnant with her, I was 170. I was happy with that weight. So, life goes on!! I am gonna make it right this time around and keep it right.
breakfast: 2 eggs and 2slices of turkey bacon
lunch: salad with boiled egg
snack: grapes
dinner: baked chicken , skinless, broccoli, apple
I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins total and did 20 squats and 20 crunches
